Gary,

I thank you for your letter. I'm saving it. This is just the sort of response 
I was asking for. I know there is a lot of experience and knowledge from 
across the country that I can study and incorporate into my final 
presentation to our club. Whatever Tidewater Sports Car Club does is usually 
soon picked up by SCCA ODR and so provides more events with a similar format 
in the Norfolk area.
