If the Z car was silver, I am the culprit. I remember teching it on
Saturday. We were checking carpet but apparently missed that one.
In this case, depressing the throttle fully in the car may or may not have
been useful. The carpet may have shifted while the person was pushing
pedals while on course. All that would have been moot if we had caught the
loose carpeting.
PLEASE -- EVERYONE -- do not be shy about telling the appropriate people
(politely of course) if you see something that could be improved in
procedures or that slips by accidentally. If you have good people in your
positions of responsibility, they will appreciate the assistance.
