You can add more toe, and that will definitely help quell the oversteer
beast, but you're getting out there in toe setting if you go beyond 1/4"
per side.  The ST bar will help you a LOT, but if you don't have it, that
info doesn't help you much.

I'm very surprised that it's a major problem with the front struts full
stiff and the rears full soft.  How old are the tires?
