I know from experience you're right about most of those, though I'll bet a
Saturn SC2 would give you a good run for your money. They've got power,
decent handling, and they're light. I'm interested to see how my friend
with one does when he starts autoxing it. He won his class a couple of
times in some of this winter's local ice races.

That is one thing I like about my Tracer - it's not powerful (base 88hp 1.9,
probably makes just over 90hp or so after my minor intake mods), but only
once in the 4 years I've had it have I been pulled over in it - never mind
the stoplight drag races I've won despite my mimimal power just because
people didn't expect it.

Honestly, BMW nut that I am, neither can I aside from the badge on the back.
I have to look pretty closely to tell an M3 from a 318i from the front, and
even then I can't always. You're right about the 80s models too. :)

Ever seen an M3 Lightweight? White with "gawdawful" ///M checkers on the
left front and right rear. And I'll have you know that though my 320i came
with an ///M badge on the grill, the very first mod I made to the car was
removing this badge. It now makes a great decoration in my cubicle at work.
:)

Same here. :)
