Not all Lotii are fast, the ones you note are fast because of superior drivers
and superior preparation.  If you want to win you must study the rules, pick a
car that will have a fighting chance, prepare that car and then learn to drive
it well.  The Lotti attract very serious drivers who prep to the nth which
provokes the challenge of finding a superior alternative.  That to me is what
racing is about, not changing the rules.
