Someone on this list told me few years ago to bleed clutch by pumping fluid
from slave bleeding screw to the master cyl. Take care of paint, that lovely
fluid peels paint in minutes.
I had once this hopeless-to-bleed syndroma, and then my last trick was I
drove the car in a step hill front end down, it worked. Don't ask why. You
can also take slave cyl off and try to bleed it then. Hydraulic pipe
connected, of course.
