Paul,
Bill is right. It's your car. The factory wheels were painted, however, chrome
wires were available as an aftermarket accessory. In my opinion, chrome is
considered period correct. It's your call buddy! I'm sure what every you do,
this car will end up looking fantastic. - Ian
