Valve Lifters and Crank bearings

There is some pitting on the business end of my valve lifters.  Is this 
something I should be concerned with and if so can they be repaied or do you 
replace them?
I'm taking the cam to Isky tomorrow I can take the lifters as well>

Also I opened up one con rod and it seems like there is no wear on the 
surface of the big end bearing.  Is this normal?
