John, I've done the "drill a hole opposite the pin and wack it out'' method twice now. Once was last week and it worked both times. Pictures are at http://www.triumphowners.com/registry.cgi?sectionID=111014&vehicleID=829&body type=16 These show work being done on my Stag but the gearbox (and the problem) is the same. Ray |
