Thank you to the six respondents to my question about seat belt
replacements. Here's what I got:
The people who purchased from Victoria British are not thrilled. They do
not retract as expected and require some modification to work properly.
Also, they do not adapt to the receiver as originally installed. But
they do work.
I got one thumbs down and one thumbs up on TRF visors. One thumbs down on
VB visors.
People who rebuilt the originals(Kangol) via Ssnake-oyl, are pleased and
believe the extra cost is justified. I would go this route if I had a pair
to rebuild. (anyone?).
Sorry to bore you with all this (someday I'll come up with a brainiac
question for you to sink your minds).
That's all I got. Care to comment on Moss and TRF retractable seatbelts?
This is a quality issue I believe appropriate for the list (I hope you
agree).
