I was reading up on thrust washers (archives) when I found a site that talks about bronze alloy washers and the fact they have better wear characteristics. This person makes them to your specs with oil grooves. You need a bronze alloy washer only at the rear side due to it taking the most beating and a standard washer at the front side. Sounds interesting? anyone have any thoughts or opinions on the subject? Cliff |
