Corey,
If I understand you correctly, you are talking about the metal plate that has 
the number stamped into it, ie serial number CC12345.  If that is the case, you 
can call a local trophy shop and see if they will do it for you.  Most should 
without any problem.  Nowadays, many shops have computers that can duplicate 
most any font you desire.  So you can make an attempt to match the old stamped 
style or do it up nice in any font you desire.  I work for a recreation 
department and we have use the same local shop for the last 15 plus years.  If 
I walked in and asked him to etch the numbers on the new plate, he would 
probably do it right on the spot and charge me nothing.  I would expect you to 
pay somewhere around a couple to five dollars.  And if you cant find someone, 
or the price is prohibitive, send me the new one and the old one and I will 
have it done and ship it back!!!  Hope this helps.
