Peter - I'm sure that somewhere on the net there is a site with with the
procedure you need but I strongly recommend you obtain the Bentley and/or
Haynes manuals for your car from one of the usual sources. Replace
everything you can reasonably afford when you have the tranny out. As my
favorite British car specialist says: "Do it once and do it right". The
bronze cross shaft sleeves are a good choice. Think about the right choice
in release bearings. Six months ago, I would have said the Landcruiser
bearing but, if you have been following this list there is now some
controversy on that front.
