I just called Vicky Brit.  They have all brake parts available including the
Distance Piece that John Z needed (although you have to buy a kit....not
available individually).

P/N are as follows:

        Brake shoe hold down kit (pins and clips)               7-7537

        Kit-Cylinder Retaining (including Dist Piece)           7-7538
