PI Conversion Notes available

Folks,

I have written up the PI conversion process, including all the steps, and 
included a cost analysis -- currently in MS 97 word format (about 0.5M 
file).  I have tried to write an Acrobat file, but I'm getting errors with 
the photos.

If you can read the file, and don't mind the download time, I'll be send it 
on.  Just let me know.
