[WPTA] Dwell angle adjustment

I think your measurement is in inches, not mm. Vacuum line has to do with
ignition timing, not dwell angle, so there shouldn't be a change in the gap
unless your points plate is worn out. I'd say your setting is spot on for
a Spitfire.
