The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix understands how trying the uncertain
health and economic situation has become due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We
hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.

We remain hopeful that conditions will permit us to stage our events, and
that the proceeds can be directed toward our charities, who need our
assistance more than ever. We appreciate everyone's understanding and
support during these unprecedented times.

The purpose of this survey is to quickly gauge the interest of our historic
racers to participate with the PVGP at Pittsburgh International Race
Complex on July 17-19. We hope to stage this race with our partners at the
VRG this summer and this looks like it could be one of the first races of
the vintage season.

We are formulating a plan with the track that follows SCCA was well as
state and federal guidelines. As a result, adjustments may need to be made
to the event:
- The PVGP will not host the Test & Tune that was scheduled for Thursday,
July 16. The track may offer a session, details to follow.
- Since we presume large gatherings will continue to be discouraged, we
currently doubt we can have the Friday night Driver Reception or the
Saturday night party. We plan to have food vendors available and the PVGP
will provide beer. We encourage racers to gather in their paddocks for
smaller parties.
- The Drivers Meetings will be done in smaller groups.
- We are working with Heacock Insurance to alter the waiver process to
reduce the bottleneck at registration.
- The early discount has been extended from May 1 until June 15.
