Larry is correct. They lifted the night time driving restriction from the old days. I checked on this when I got my first plates. The limitation with those plates are actually dictated by your insurance which in most cases stipulates that the vehicle is to be driven only for recreation. Not for work as a daily driver and is limited to in my case 2,000 miles/year. But again that’s an insurance limitation based on the plate.
