[TR] TR5 screws/bolts

In my opinion, it might be fine (I was a little surprised it wasn't that
way anyway), but the proper size pan head screw sinks perfectly into the
plinth and almost disappears. And as any electrician will tell you,
aligning the screw slots vertically keeps it cleaner and improves
performance. You could easily use washers or similar to make sure a
replacement screw ends up flush with the surface of the plinth.
