 Hi George,
Just went through a missing title problem as well.  If the car is registered, and it's just a missing title, you should be able to get a duplicate title from Motor Vehicles (at least in NJ that worked).  Best thing I can recommend while he is still alive is for the wife to get all the paperwork done for anything they may have.  Lost both parents in 1.5 years and as prepared as they thought they were, there is still a lot of work to do.  Thoughts go out to all.

I am helping a friend (with dementia) sell his TR250, and notice the VIN Tag is missing from the inner front fender.The Engine is CC1037 E and the Body is 819 CC.
I don't think the owner has a Registration for the car. ?At least his wife has not found one yet.
Can anyone help me?
