[TR] How do i get this off?

An Army combat engineer friend used to say that there was no problem which
an application of high explosive couldn't solve.

If you can tilt the block vertically (not critical but helpful), try
applying heat to the crank nose/pulley ID, then hold a candle on it.  The
melted paraffin will wick around the bits, which should make removal
somewhat easier.  It may take a couple of attempts.
