An old carpenter's trick is to put a thin stick of hard wood (think toothpick) into the hole. It may take 2 or 3 of them to mostly fill it in. Dip them into some wood glue if you wish. Then drive the stud in after trimming the filler sticks off. Should outlast the car.Sent from my Galaxy

Let me try again.
One the outside of the doors are studs that the bottom of the side curtains snap into. These studs go through the metal door and into the wood frame inside the door. This one is completely stripped and just falls out. since its wood
that the stud screws into, I was thinking plastic wood or something like that. or JB weld.
