[TR] Looking for information on the connector polarity on a positive ground voltage stabilizer.

One of our correspondents reminded me, Dave, that I was confusing regulator
v stabilizer in my note earlier (as I was too multitasking, it turns out!)
Here's the stabilizer on my TR3B. Note that this one isn't original to the
car, nor is the wiring harness.
