[TR] best 12V price/quality tire inflators or other tire inflators for use off-site

Regarding the higher end higher capacity pumps, I guess for me it would be
a use case.  If I was filling up flats on a regular basis I would look at
one of those.  If I was mostly topping up pressure from winter storage most
anything would do, from a cheapo 12 volt to a hand pump.  I have a
compressor as well as a 12 volt pump, but sometimes when I just need a few
pounds it is easier to use that hand pump than to plug things in, etc.
