<div dir="auto">Regarding the higher end higher capacity pumps, I guess for me it would be a use case. If I was filling up flats on a regular basis I would look at one of those. If I was mostly topping up pressure from winter storage most anything would do, from a cheapo 12 volt to a hand pump.
