[TR] 3 questions

Am I the only one who has an original fibreboard tunnel which is
perfectly serviceable?  (In fact, I have two - 75 TR6 and 76
Spitfire.)

Several years ago, I bought a plastic tunnel for a Big Name company.
Had a friend over to help me put the transmission back in.  He sat
there for 45 minutes, drinking my beer and watching me try to fit that
plastic b*st*rd in, before pointing out that he's never seen a
cardboard cover in better shape,and why didnt' I just use that?  Which
was a perfectly reasonable question, for which I had no reasonable
answer.

I have since formed some reinforcing strips out of stainless steel for
the corners and softer spots.  Still works fine after 47 years.
Anyone want a plastic TR6 tunnel cover?  It could be had cheaply...
