[TR] camber - early TR4

Revington TR in the UK sells a kit with an adjustable top fulcrum:

I have no experience with it, but it looks like a bit of a job to install
with some minor welding required and if you have an early car you would
need to change to later (late TR4-TR6) upper wishbones and trunnions.
