[TR] Fitting an electric fuel pump

The best place is back near the tank but that means running a wire back there to run it. I ran one on my TR6 for many years mounted to the side of the block where the old mechanical pump was (blanked off, of course). Either works well enough.
I suggest you buy an impact switch. They can be had for pretty cheap at the breaker's yard.
