[TR] TR6 Run-on valve

The run-on valve only has both power (terminal 6 on the ignition switch) and ground (provided through the oil pressure sensor) when the car is shut off but there is still sufficient oil pressure that the pressure sensor is not in the “low oil pressure” position.
