 If you use your horn more than 1/2 a second at a time you will be considered antisocial.  I figure the usage for a horn is about 1/google%.

The headlights normally draw more than the horn because they are on continuously whereas the horns are usually beeped once or twice. However, I haven't driven at night and I honk every time I go by the car.
