[TR] Summary of feedback re: donut tire for TR3A

As an option.  I have 165/80R15 under-inflated @20lbs and portable battery air compressor that fits in rim offset.   haven't needed it in 15 years but tested it a couple times to make sure it still holds air.  replaced 5 tires in 2017.
