[TR] fuel pump issues.

[CFM-TR]

I'm replacing the fuel pump on my tr3a.

1) gasket sealer between gasket and block?

2) between gasket and pump?

3) i have fuel shut off before inline filter placed under frame near clutch slave.  suggestions for priming? fill bowl before mounting?
