[TR] Commission Plate Rivets

This is excellent information and a detail most would overlook.  I reduced the cap diameter of an otherwise correctly sized aluminum pop rivet then glued a short length of the shaft in place to smoothly fill the hole.  It's very difficult to tell the difference from the factory rivet.  I thought this detail was important and I kept the original commission plate although it shows it's age.
