Here in Canada (Saskatchewan, not sure about other provinces) but Co-op stations in large cities as well as small communities have full service, pumping, windows, check oil etc at roughly 4 c per litre extra. ALWAYS busy. Our local small town service station does that also but we pay a premium anyway because we are a few miles from a major city.
