Here's the triple-Weber setup on a friends TR250.  He has a pair, both configured like this, and is a huge promoter of Webers on TRs.  Send me pm if you'd like to know more details.

That middle carb will be occupying the same space as the current linkage and will need to be modified, or replaced with something different.
