[TR] Hi-torq starter

It’s my understanding that it doesn’t matter. And it doesn’t matter if the ring gear is “flipped one way or the other”. I think Randall pointes our a few years ago that the hi-torque starters engage and then start to turn as opposed to the TR starters that spin then engage.
