[TR] Wiper Motor Mounts

On my wiper mount, it wasn't too hard to work them on using a dull
rounded-tip smallish screwdriver. I started in one point (obviously!) and
worked that through, then all the way around. Wasn't too hard, IIRC.
With rubber, one is more likely to have a soapy solution help installation
than warming the bushing.
Some people cut them in half and install the rubber bushes that way. I had
no need to consider that.
