[TR] Turn Signal

Close but no cigar. If you notice the purple wire you will recognize that that one is the emergency flasher. The turn signal flasher has a green wire.

Why they put one in the passenger footwell and the other in the engine compartment is beyond me.

On my car it is in the engine compartment. i am not the original owner and that flasher unit is an after market digital one. Car is a very late 72.

1970 TR6 … turn signal quit … ordered/got new flasher unit … old just hanging down in passenger side. I assume there is place to attach it to the car providing not only security but also a good ground.

I can’t find where to attach it … any and all help graciously accepted.

Thanks for your time.
