[TR] Brake problem

I have had similar problems over the years with both DOT4 and DOT5 fluid 
on TR4's.  It usually is a trapped air bubble.

I have started filling the system form the wheel cylinders forward buy 
using an inexpensive (Harbor Freight) pump oil can with a length of 
rubber hose on the end.and filling the system through the bleeder valves.

I start at the closest caliper and pump enough to fill just the brake 
line to the main junction, repeat on the next caliper.  On to the rear 
wheel closest to the tee on the rear axle, just enough to get to the tee 
and finally the farthermost wheel till the master reservoir is mostly 
full.  try the pedal and if all is well finish filling the master 
cylinder from the top.
