[TR] Regarding the Hardware Catelogue for Standard Triumph Vehicles

Bolts with a 6 digit part number are special in some way, not standard
hardware.  There are various ways they are special, some are high tensile,
some are precision diameter, some just a special grip length, etc.

By far the safest route is to buy such fasteners from a LBC supplier who has
(hopefully) had them reproduced to factory specs.
