[TR] TR6 Rough

Ed,
First thought because you say you can cover both carbs and it still runs is you have an air leak, big time.   I’m not a TR6 guy but that sure sounds like the prob to me.  Check PCV hose(s), vac advance line, emissions stuff?

TR6 won't start first time w/o ether. Idle is rough. Runs rough. Will start on successive attempts w/o ether. Same rough idle. Covering both carb intakes slows idle, but will not stop engine. Thoughts?
