I would suggest purchasing a stainless steel braided line from Ted
Schumacher so there is less chance of any future rupture, including in the
passenger compartment.  Part Number is TR6OPG.

Everyone,

 

While trying to fix more issues on the car I found that I broke the oil
pressure gauge line right at the fitting in the engine block. Does anyone
know if I can repair the line. Is there a way to remove the broken piece of
line off the fitting and securely installing the line back on the fitting?
