[TR] Vintage plates in Vermont

Hey Tom:
A vintage plate in Vermont doesn't really get you much in the way of benefits, as registration fees are not that high and there's no annual value/permit fees like some states charge. I've never heard of any strict enforcement of the Antique or Exhibition plate rules.  Most of those tags are on the really old iron out there you see and not on classic sports cars.
