[TR] My 59 Tr3 History?

I am trying to find out more information on my 59 Tr3 original build information? When I bought my Tr3 it came with 2 titles, one from Pennsylvania listening it as a 63 and one from Texas listing it as 59? I am trying to find out if my car was shipped in pieces and assembled in US? S# TS56437 Is there a list of cars not assembled at factory and where I could find it?
