[TR] Flutter miss

Tr-3 starting to miss (like a “fluttering”).Anything over 3,000 rpm.  3,000 miles on new overhaul.  Gonna check carb oil, plugs, fuel filter/pump, ....any thots?
Have electronic ignition.Gary n.
