[TR] torque wrench question

This is a tricky question.  The correction factor actually depends on the
length of the crows foot and the direction it is installed on the torque
wrench.  Fortunately some helpful soul has created a web site to do the
math for you, just punch in the measurements it asks for and it will give
you the answer you need.
