Not bad at all.  

Remove the radiator brace.  On later cars, ISTR you can just loosen one nut
at the bracket on the inner wing and pivot it up out of the way.

Remove the screw on the top of the horn, and lift off the dome so you can
undo the one harness wire from it's clip.  The other wire can be removed
from the sleeve connector.

Then support the horn while you remove the two 1/4 bolts that hold it to
it's bracket.  Lift the horn away and collect the two spacers that should
have been under it.
