There may be other manufacturers as well, though I don't know who they
are or what their respective part numbers would be....

It's been awhile, but Richard Good (of Goodparts) offered to bend a custom
bar for me some years back, in my choice of diameter. At the time, I was
looking for something bigger than the ADDCO bar I had (bought through JC
Whitney). Unfortunately I never followed through on that.
