[TR] TR3 Accelerator shaft bush

Thanks to all who responded. I managed to get the bushing off the shaft
earlier
this evening.... It took lots of lube, some heat, and judicious use of a
pipe wrench
to start the rotation action . Once the bush was movable on the shaft, I
simply
put the shaft into a vise and loosely rested it on the shoulder of the
bushing.
Several pops on the end of the upward-pointing shaft and the deed was done!

I still don't get why they don't sell new bushings... especially since it's
necessary
to remove the bushing to get the new nylon bushings replaced; and also, the
owner
is likely to mangle the steel bushing a bit trying to get it off the shaft.
I can't
imagine that neither Moss nor TRF have availability as any machine shop
could
easily produce them.... Anyway, it's done and my thanks, again, to all!

Cheers!

Dave
