[TR] Brake Fluid

I use Silicon in mine, followed Randalls lead.
So far so good.
Buckeye has good info. on compatibility to the old style brake fluid.
I cleaned all my lines up and all the cylinders first as I had to recond
them first.
If I'd run Silicon years ago I wouldn't have had to recond everything.
